Ship smarter, track faster and worry less. A lot of companies use Shypple to support their supply chain. Use the tips & tricks we've all picked up along the way to help you succeed at speed. The best way to start is your settings! They're like the secret ingredient that helps the platform support you in the best way possible. It only takes about 15 minutes but it saves you hours of work. Let's go!
Go to the Shypple platform to get you started when you're not logged in yet.
Step 1: Set up your account
Make sure that your personal account settings are correct. The most important one is your phone number. So we can provide you with the best service and address any important questions that might arise. This will help us get in touch with you quickly and efficiently, ensuring that everything goes smoothly with your shipment.
You can find your account settings easily – just head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on Account settings and you'll be greeted with a new screen. Then click on your name and change your personal details.

💡 Tip: don't forget to upload a cool profile picture!
Step 2: Create your personal task and notification preferences
We've designed our platform to be as flexible as possible, which means you can adjust tasks and notifications to match your operational process and responsibilities.

Step 3: Your shipments
Is your work amongst colleagues divided by tradelanes or suppliers? No problem! With shipment groups we able you to receive notifications and updates only for the shipments that matter the most to you. By creating shipments groups you only 'watch' shipments that are relevant for you. If you 'watch' a shipment it means you'll receive the notifications. You have the option to watch all shipments, no shipments or your shipments.

Step 4: Complete your address book
Have you ever found yourself repeatedly entering the same shipping details every time you place an order? With our Address Book feature, you can save valuable time.

Step 5: Customize your dashboard
With your dashboard you have a bird's-eye view of your entire supply chain, while also being able to zoom in on specific details that matter most to you. Customize your dashboard and it offers you precisely the right level of insight and control.
