When you log into our platform, you'll be greeted by our homescreen. This homescreen is called 'the dashboard of your supply chain activities'. This dashboard provides insight in all in-transit shipments, your tasks and your pickups and deliveries in one overview.
With your dashboard you have a bird's-eye view of your entire supply chain, while also being able to zoom in on specific details that matter most to you. Customize your dashboard and it offers you precisely the right level of insight and control.
How do I customize my dashboard?
Step 1 Click on the Shypple logo on the left top, and you'll be greeted by the home screen, your dashboard.
Step 2
On the right top you'll see the button change layout. Click on this button.
Step 3
Select the widgets you want to see in your dashboard. Choose if you want these widgets to be shown in a compact or comfortable way.
Step 4
Click on Save.
🎉Yay, you have now successfully customized your dashboard!
What can you see in your dashboard?

Map: A visual overview of all the in-transit shipments. You can actually see the vessels moving when you look long enough to your screen. Also, we show if all your trackings are in good order. Maybe some shipments need your attention.

Pickup and delivery: An overview of all the pickups and deliveries. You can also see the status if a pickup or delivery is estimated, requested or confirmed.

Tasks manager: All list of your tasks to be completed that can be easily filtered and updated. Learn more about the settings here.

Shipments overview: Quickly switch to different shipment overviews (departing, arriving and recently booked).

Supply chain overview: An overview of all your shipments per status (booking placed, booking confirmed, origin port, in-transit, destination port and delivered in the last 3 months).
