Learn how to create a shipment group, and only receive notifications of shipments that are relevant for you.
Is your work amongst colleagues divided by trade lanes or suppliers? No problem! With shipment groups we able you to receive notifications and updates only for the shipments that matter the most to you. By creating shipments groups you only 'watch' shipments that are relevant for you. If you 'watch' a shipment it means you'll receive the notifications. You have the option to watch all shipments, no shipments or your shipments.
You can easily manage your shipment groups. Add, adjust or remove shipment groups, and customize your experience according to your needs.
How to create a shipment group?

Head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on Account settings and you'll be greeted with a new screen.

In the Shipments tab you will now be able to manage which shipments you're watching and want to receive notifications for. Click on My shipments. Then click below on Add shipment group. You'll be greeted with a new screen where you can create your shipment group.

Name your new shipment group, select the conditions applicable, and hit Save! Your shipment group will now be shown in the Shipments tab.
💡 You can also select multiple conditions for one group.

Add multiple groups by selecting different conditions to create your Import/Export lanes for example. You can also choose to see shipments from particular shippers or consignees, and even per modality (Sea or Air).

Synchronise these settings for existing shipments by clicking on Apply filters to existing shipments.

You can easily filter on your shipments through the platform now. By clicking on My Shipments in the platform, only the shipments that are relevant to you are shown. You want to see all shipments? Just click on All, and all shipments are shown again.
