How to manage your tasks and notifications

Personalize your tasks and notifications to manage your shipments with ease.

Tasks

Your little to-do list in the platform that keeps everything on track and reminds you when a task is due. A task is directly tied to a shipment and comes with a set of responsibilities. Need to arrange pickup, update delivery details, or ensure proper documentation? That's where tasks come into play.

                                                                                                                                                          They're designed to make your life simpler by breaking down the shipment process into manageable steps. So, as you navigate through your shipments, these tasks will be your guiding stars, ensuring that each responsibility is handled smoothly and efficiently.                                                                                                                               Notifications                                                                                      

When we mention notifications, we're referring to updates that you'll receive about your important milestones shipments. These could include important milestones like when a booking is confirmed with the carrier, when a vessel is delayed or even when you can schedule your delivery. It's our way of making sure you're always in the know, without having to constantly login into the platform.

Personalize your tasks

  1. Head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on Account settings and you'll be greeted with a new screen.

  2. Click on the tab Notifcations and you'll be guided to a new screen where you can personalize your tasks. Simply click on the check box to turn the task on or off.

For example: if you are responsible for planning the delivery - you can simply check the box. The platform will remind you to complete your task in time.

  1. Head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on Account settings and you'll be greeted with a new screen.

  2. Click on the tab Notifications and you'll be guided to a new screen where you can personalize your notifications. Simply click on the check box to turn the notification on or off. When you turn your notifications on, you'll be notified about updates.

     

For example: if you need to be aware of any vessel delay - you can simply check the box ETA updates. The platform will update you every time the ETA changes.
