For repetitive shipments, you can save time by using a previously created template. Which will automatically populate the shipment details, eliminating the need to re-enter information for similar shipments. This ready-to-use template will simplify the process and make it more efficient for you!
🎊 Good news! Your colleagues can also benefit from using these templates because this feature is not user-specific. It's accessible to everyone on your team, making it a convenient and time-saving feature for all.
🚢 Have you already booked a shipment that you'd like to save as a template?
You can easily create a template by clicking on the 'Duplicate' button located at the top-right of your shipment. This simple action will automatically save it as a template.

How to create a template
Step 1
Head over to the top left of your platform where you'll see the +Create button. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down.
Click on Book from template and you'll be greeted with a new screen. Here you can create a new template. On the top right of your platform you'll see the New template button.
Step 2
Fill in the required fields (*) of your recurring shipment in Shipment details and click on Next. When you add a shipper and/or a consignee to your shipment, the addresses are automatically added to your shipment.
Step 3
Fill in the cargo details and click on Next.
Step 4
Add your collaborator(s) to the shipment. No collaborators? No problem! Just click on Save without adding collaborators.
🌞 Yay, your template is now ready to use!
