What is the Overview page?

The new Overview Page in the Shypple platform is designed to replace manual spreadsheets and give you real-time view of your shipments. Think of it as your interactive shipment dashboard — flexible and automatically updated.

Why the Overview page?

Each row in the table represents a container, and you can customise what you see and how it’s shown. Whether you need an overview of your latest shipments, upcoming pickups, or want to keep track of exceptions — this page puts all the relevant data in one place.

No more juggling Excel sheets or switching between tools. It’s all here, ready to adapt to your way of working.



As your supply chain grows in complexity, the table grows with you. With powerful configuration options, custom views, and views on tasks, this is your go-to tool for keeping track of your shipments.


Key features

Customise your views

Views let you create your own perspectives of the data. You can switch between them quickly, so you always see what matters most.

  • Default view: A clean, general overview of all shipments

  • Preconfigured views:

    • New shipments: early-stage shipments not yet booked with a carrier. 

    • Pickups at origin: containers being collected from origin.

    • Deliveries at destination:  containers in the final delivery stage. 

You can always modify or delete views, even the default ones, or create your own from scratch.

You can:

  • Toggle between saved views

  • Rename a view

  • Create new views from scratch

  • Save a view (don’t forget to click “Save” to store your setup!)

Share your custom view

Copy a view and share it with a colleague or partner using the new share feature — a simple but powerful way to align across teams

Customise your table

Tailor the table to suit your workflow. Hide the columns you don’t need, rearrange what matters, and choose your preferred layout.

You can:

  • Show/hide columns from the column picker or directly in the table

  • Drag & drop to reorder columns

  • Pin columns (left or right) to keep them in view

  • Resize columns

    • Change table density (Compact, Comfortable, Spacious)

    • Switch to full screen mode focused work

    💡Tip: Some fields are editable directly in the table — like pickup dates and container references — so you can take quick action without switching views.

    Tasks overview

    You can add your tasks as a part of any view you want, or build a separate tasks view.

    1. Go to your column selector atthe top right of the screen.
    2. Select the Tasks category or search for specific tasks using the search input.
    3. Select the tasks you want to include.
    4. The selected tasks will be added as the last columns in your current view.

    💡Tip: Filter on your open tasks to turn the table into a personal dashboard

    Use the most relevant sorting and filtering

    Quickly drill down to what’s relevant.

    You can:

    • Sort most columns (e.g. ETD, ETA, delivery date, container reference)

    • Filter by shipment status, route, carrier, or task

    • Combine filters to narrow down exactly what you’re looking for

    • Use the search bar to find specific containers or references, even across hidden columns
