We handle your original documents through a secure third-party postal point with a vault system. This keeps valuable paperwork safe and traceable from the moment it arrives.

Please inform your partners and suppliers
This is the most important step. Anyone who sends documents to us on your behalf, especially your suppliers at origin, needs to update the address in their shipping instructions. If you work with seasonal suppliers who are not shipping right now, we recommend flagging it with them today so it is already corrected when your season starts.
