  1. Create shipments in the Shypple system from your internal system.

  2. Update shipments in your internal systems with the latest (tracking) information:

    1. Schedule information, such as estimated arrival time and estimated departure time.

    2. Container and cargo details

  3. Assign and confirm pickup and delivery in the Shypple system.

  4. Create, view, or update purchase orders and much more in the Shypple system.

  5. Change addresses or contacts in your internal systems.

  6. Assign contacts to shipments in your internal systems.

  1. Introduce your developer team or partner agency to Shypple.

  2. Your customer success representative will create an account for your developer or partner agency.

  3. Log into Shypple and click on the Profile image in the right-hand corner.

  4. Click on 'Organization settings'.

  5. In organizational settings, click on "API token."

  6. Click on receive API token and use this token to connect your system to the Shypple API.

  7. Developers or partner agencies familiarize themselves with Shypple's API documentation.

  8. Developers or partners inject all data from Shypple into your internal system, and voila! Job done!
