# Can I update my password?

## If you want to change your password, or if you forgot your password and want to create a new password.

### Change my password

#### Step 1

Head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on **[Account settings](https://app.shypple.com/account/my_shipments)** and you'll be greeted with a new screen where you can change your password.

Step 2

Click 'Reset password' on the bottom left - under your contact details, and a new screen will appear. Now you can change your password - by meeting the password requirements. You're password is changed by clicking on Reset password!

Click on 'Forgot your password' from the login page.

Step 2

Then it's time to enter your email address.

Step 3

Once you click on Reset password, a new password will be sent to your email. Please look for an email with the subject “*Reset your Shypple password*”. In this email, click on the “Reset your password” link.
