Step 1

Head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on Account settings and you'll be greeted with a new screen where you can change your password.

Click 'Reset password' on the bottom left - under your contact details, and a new screen will appear. Now you can change your password - by meeting the password requirements. You're password is changed by clicking on Reset password!

Click on 'Forgot your password' from the login page.                                                                                     

Step 2

Then it's time to enter your email address.                                                                                                        

Once you click on Reset password, a new password will be sent to your email. Please look for an email with the subject “Reset your Shypple password”. In this email, click on the “Reset your password” link.                                                                                                                                                      

By simply clicking on the provided link, you'll be directed to a webpage where you can create your new password. Once that's done, you can easily access the Shypple platform again by visiting https://app.shypple.com/."
