How can I add users to the platform?

This is how you invite your colleague(s) to collaborate on the platform.

To ensure the utmost security and accuracy in account creation, we have centralized the user addition process to ensure a smooth and controlled experience. Adding new users to your platform is a easy process that requires a brief interaction with our team.

Here's how it works:

To add new users to your platform, kindly send an email to cs@shypple.com. In your email, please provide the following details for each person you wish to add:

  • First and Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

Our customer success team will process your request. Once the details are received, we will create the account(s) for your colleague(s). Your newly added colleague(s) will receive an email with instructions on how to access the platform.

💡 Tip: View-only accounts are also available, perfect for users who want to monitor all shipments without the need for active management.
