With Quick Filters, you can save your filter, making it a breeze to filter on shipments that are important for you. Let's dive into how you can use this tool.
Step 1: Access the Shipments tab
Begin your journey by navigating to the Shipments tab, located in the top navigation bar. Click on "Shipments" to access your shipment list.
Step 2: Apply relevant filters
Now that you're in the Shipments tab, it's time to filter out the shipments that are most relevant to your daily workflow. Choose from a range of filters tailored to your specific needs, such as open tasks or shipments from particular suppliers. Once you've applied your filters, click on "Save as Quick Filter."
Step 3: Name your personal filter
Give your personalized filter a meaningful name that reflects its purpose. This way, you'll easily recognize and access it in the future. After naming your filter, simply hit "Save."
Step 4: Access your saved filters
Congratulations! Your filter is now saved in your personal account, ready to be used whenever you need it. No more wasting time scrolling through shipments – your tailored view is just a click away.
Step 5: Manage your quick filters
As your needs can change, you can effortlessly manage your Quick Filters. Simply click on the settings icon to access your Quick Filters settings. From there, you can add new filters to accommodate changing requirements or delete filters that are no longer needed.
