To effectively manage collaborators in a shipment, it is essential that these individuals have undergone the onboarding process and have an account for accessing our platform. If you need to onboard a new collaborator, kindly get in touch with your dedicated Customer Success Manager for assistance.
How to manage collaborators in a shipment
Step 1: Access the shipment
Begin by opening the relevant shipment on our platform. Look for the shipment you want to manage, and go to the upper right-hand corner of the booking tab.
Hover your cursor over the organization avatars displayed on the screen. This action will reveal a list of organizations linked as collaborators to the shipment, along with their respective roles.
To manage collaborators efficiently, simply click on the organization avatars. This action will open a pop-up window that provides the following options:

Add a new collaborator: You can add a new collaborator to the shipment from this screen.

Update collaborator roles: Modify the roles of existing collaborators as needed.

Remove collaborators: Remove collaborators who are no longer involved in the shipment.
How to add a collaborator automatically to a shipment
Should you wish to link any address to a collaborator in your address book, the associated party will automatically be added as a collaborator when selected as the shipper or consignee in a booking.
To achieve this:

Navigate to your address book.

Select the relevant connection that requires editing.

Click on the address listed beneath the icon. This action will trigger a pop-up dialog.

Within the pop-up dialog, select the desired address and save your changes.
