      If you're wondering how to create a consolidated shipment, you're in the right place. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process, ensuring you can easily bundle your shipments and streamline your logistics.

      How to create a consolidated shipment

      Step 1: Starting with an existing booking

      Before you can create a consolidated shipment, you need to have an existing booked shipment. Here's how you begin:

      1. Access the shipment overview: Head over to your shipment overview page.

      2. Select your desired shipment: Click on the shipment where you want to add another booking to create a consolidated shipment.

      Step 2: Navigating to the bookings tab

      Once you've selected your shipment, follow these steps:

      1. Visit the bookings tab: Look for the 'Bookings' tab within your already booked shipment.

      Step 3: Adding a new booking

      Now, let's add a new booking to your consolidated shipment:

      1. Scroll down: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

      2. Click 'Add Booking': You'll find the 'Add Booking' button – give it a click.

      Step 4: Saving essential details

      To ensure a smooth process, provide the following information:

      1. Save key information: Save your reference, the cargo ready date, and select the required incoterm.

      Step 5: Creating and updating

      With these details in place, your second booking is now created. Here's how you can manage it:

      1. Access the new booking: You can open and update the new booking by clicking on the respective line.

      Step 6: Completing booking information

      To finalize your booking, complete the Shipper and Consignee details:

      1. Fill in Shipper and Consignee details: Sharing these details allows us to contact your shipper to complete the booking. Please note that without these details, we won't be able to book your shipment.

       

      Step 7: Adding more shipments

      Need to consolidate even more shipments? No problem:

      1. Repeat Steps 1 to 6: Simply go back to Step 1 and repeat the process to add more shipments to your consolidation.
