# Can I change my account settings?

## How to change your name, phone number and email address in your account settings.

### **How to change your account settings**

You can find your account settings easily – just head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on **[Account settings](https://app.shypple.com/account/my_shipments)** and you'll be greeted with a new screen. Then click on your name on the left. Now you can change your personal details.

### 1. Your name and phone number

You have the freedom to update your name and phone number.

### 2. Your email address

We're currently unable to allow changes to your email address.

                                                                                                                                                          Shoot us a message with your new email address, and we'll be right with you.

Prefer the classic route? No worries! Send your new mail address to [cs@shypple.com](mailto:CS@shypple.com) and we'll update your account.

💡 *Tip: don't forget to upload a cool profile picture and make working together more personal!*
