We explain how to add, edit and delete addresses in your platform.
Have you ever found yourself repeatedly entering the same shipping details every time you place an order? With our Address Book feature, you can save valuable time.
In the Address Book you can store all your frequently used addresses in one place. If you need to provide a shipping address during the operational process, you won't have to type it all out again. Instead, you'll be able to select the desired address from your Address Book. Adding, editing, and deleting addresses in your Address Book is easy. You have full control over your stored addresses.
Head over to the top right corner of your platform where you'll see your initial. Give that a friendly click, and a menu will drop down. Click on Address book and you'll be greeted with a new screen.
Click on the tab Addresses. Head over to the right and you'll see the button Add address.
When you click on the button a new screen will appear. Here you can fill in all the required details.
Fill in all the required details and make sure to click on Save address on the right top. Well done, your address is now added!
If you added a suppliers address, also follow step 4!

When you've added a supplier address, please make sure that you also add the contact details. They are essential for us to efficiently manage the booking process. Follow the same steps, but this time click on Add contact.
The platform will take you to the new screen. Here you can add the contact details. When you filled in all the required fields. Please make sure you click on Save contact.
💡 You can have multiple contact details per company. In the platform you're able to select the right contact person per shipment.
To update your address in the Address Book, simply click on the edit pen icon next to the respective address entry. This will allow you to make any necessary changes, ensuring that your stored information remains accurate and up-to-date.
To delete your address in the Address Book, simply click on the respective address line. The platform will guide you to the address details. Move to the right top next to Update address and click on Remove address.
