Your shipments are divided into three main scopes, each offering a distinct perspective on your supply chain operations:

1\. Booked                                                                                                                   

**In-depth processing:** The 'Booked' contains all your shipments that are currently in hands of our booking department. During this phase, we work closely with your suppliers and their agents to ensure you have full visibility into the local milestones of your shipments. It's a crucial stage where we lay the foundation for a successful journey.                                                                                  

2\. In Transit                                                                                                                 

**On the move:** Once your shipments have left the gates of your suppliers, they automatically transition to the 'In Transit'. Here, your freight forwarder and customs clearance department takes charge, ensuring that your shipments reach your doorstep.                                                                  

3\. Delivered                                                                                                         

**Mission accomplished:** In the 'Delivered', you can enjoy a full view of all your delivered shipments. This stage marks the moment when your goods have safely arrived at your selected destination. Our operations department ensures that all your information and documents are seamlessly transferred to our truckers.                                                                                                                    

All Shipments                                                                                                              T**otal visibility:** Sometimes, you just need to see the big picture. The 'All Shipments' provides a complete overview of all your shipments. It's your go-to place to ensure you always have full visibility of requested shipments, no matter their current status or stage.

Cancelled                                                                                                             

**Second chances:** In the 'Cancelled', you can easily access all your previously cancelled shipments. Having this overview allows you the flexibility to re-create past cancelled shipments whenever you require them again. We believe in second chances and strive to make your logistics as flexible as your business needs.
